Whisk the eggs with little salt. Then add yogurt, oil and the two types of flour together with the baking powder. At the end add the chopped ham and crushed cheese. Fill the baking forms with the mixture and bake them in the oven for 30 min. As a decoration you can make a sauce of finely chopped cucumbers, mayonnaise and double cream.
