Necessary ingredients:
– Kosiljak homemade bacon
– Chicken steak 1 kg.
– Carrots 1/2 kg.
– Paprika х2
– Onion х1
– Yellow cheese 100 gr.
– Tomato sauce
– Mustard
Slice the steak in dices, season with Vegeta and fry until golden brown. Add the homemade bacon chopped in fine dices and fry together with the steak. Add some water and poach the meat. At the end add tiny pieces of kashkaval on top of the meat and let them melt. For the sauce, first fry the chopped onion, then add the chopped paprika, the shredded carrot, some mustered and tomato sauce. When the sauce is ready, add the kashkaval in order to fuse the mixture. As a side dish you can make a puree.
